Hy Relay is operated by Hy Group Co., Ltd., trading as Hy Digital, registered in Bangkok, Thailand ("we", "us"). This notice explains what personal data we handle, in two parts: this website, and the Hy Relay measurement service that runs on our clients' websites.
Visiting this site creates standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site running. If you submit the interest form, we store what you enter (name, email, website, message) with the time of submission, and use it for one purpose: contacting you about Hy Relay. We do not sell this data, add you to unrelated mailing lists, or share it outside Hy Digital.
Hy Relay measures website activity on behalf of the business whose website you visited. In data protection terms, that business decides why and how the data is used and is the data controller. Hy Digital operates the measurement on its instructions as a data processor. Requests about data collected on a client's website are best directed to that business; we also help directly, see Contact below.
When a visitor submits a form or completes a booking, the email address involved is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash, not as readable text. The hash lets the same person's enquiry and later purchase be connected without the measurement database holding their actual address.
The service respects the consent choices made on the website it runs on. Where that website asks for consent before analytics, Hy Relay measures only after consent is given.
On the controller's instructions, confirmed conversions can be forwarded to the advertising platforms that business uses (such as Google and Meta) so its advertising reflects real results. Where those platforms accept personal identifiers, they are sent hashed. Data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, primary region Asia-Pacific.
Measurement data is retained for up to 13 months, then deleted. Interest-form submissions on this website are kept for as long as the conversation about Hy Relay is active and deleted on request.
Subject to applicable law, including Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. For data collected on a client's website we will coordinate with that business as controller.
